## A listing is a record, not an endorsement

A listing shows what we know about one public adjuster. It does not mean that we recommend it.

## How a listing is checked

A listing needs its name, category and licence number to appear in search engines. It also needs a completeness score of 40 out of 100.

Our team reviews each new listing before it goes live.

An owner proves control of a listing with an email address on the business domain or a manual check by our team.

An owner change to the name, phone, website, street address, address line 2, city, region, postal code and country goes to review before it shows.

## Claim or correct a public adjuster

To claim a listing that is unclaimed, open it and select "Claim this listing".

To report a mistake, open the listing and select "Suggest a change".
